- Butter4 tablespoon
- Oat flakes10 tablespoon
- Wheat flour5 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar300 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- In a bowl add the butter and sugar, mix well and when it is well incorporated, add the eggs. Beat well until it doesn't smell like eggs.
- Incorporate the wheat flour and oats. Then add the 6 mashed bananas, the cinnamon powder and the baking powder. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
- Grease the form, place 2 sliced bananas to decorate and add the cake dough.
- Bake in medium oven for approximately 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
