Mashed bananas

Unleavened Wheat

Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups

Eggs

Butter or margarine

Baking powder

Milk

Banana cake

Bata os ovos junto com o açúcar, quando estiver homogêneo acrescente a manteiga, misture bem! Acrescente as bananas e continue misturando, aos poucos adicione o trigo intercalando com o leite. Quando todos os ingredientes estiverem unificados acrescente o fermento. Coloque em uma forma untada e enfarinhada. Por fim corte uma banana e coloque em cima, leve ao forno a 180° até assar(faça o teste do palito para ter a certeza que está assado por dentro). 

Beat the eggs together with the sugar, when it is homogeneous add the butter, mix well! Add the bananas and continue mixing, gradually add the wheat alternating with the milk. When all the ingredients are combined, add the yeast. Place in a greased and floured form. Finally, cut a banana and place on top, bake at 180° until baked (do the toothpick test to make sure it's baked inside).
