- Chocolate chips or chopped1/2 cup
- Large Nanica Banana2 cup
- Sugar to caramelize the mold1 cup
- Start by melting the sugar in the mold when it caramelizes, spread it all over the mold. When cool, place the bananas covering the entire bottom. Reserve.
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat, then add the sugar and beat well.
- Add the melted Daisy and the essence. Mix.
- Add the wheat flour and milk. Mix.
- Powdered yeast. Mix.
- Lastly, add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
- Put the dough in the caramelized form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove from oven, wait 5 minutes and unmold.
