- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Margarine100 g
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Hazelnut Cream100 g
- Set aside a few slices of bananas to decorate.
- Mash the bananas with a fork and mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Place this mixture in a bowl and add the eggs and margarine. Beat for 30 seconds in the mixer on medium speed.
- Add the flour and yeast and beat just to combine.
- Grease a mold and pour the mixture. Add spoons of hazelnut cream and place the banana slices on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until completely baked.
