Banana Cake with Hazelnut Cream

  • Sugar1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Margarine100 g
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  • Hazelnut Cream100 g
  1. Set aside a few slices of bananas to decorate.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place this mixture in a bowl and add the eggs and margarine. Beat for 30 seconds in the mixer on medium speed.
  4. Add the flour and yeast and beat just to combine.
  5. Grease a mold and pour the mixture. Add spoons of hazelnut cream and place the banana slices on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until completely baked.
