- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Ripe banana1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate chips to taste
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Oil for greasing the molds to taste
- Place the banana, egg, oats, honey, salt and yeast in a blender or mixer. Blend everything until smooth
- Grease two ramekins or small molds with oil
- Put the dough in the ramekins
- Place the chocolate pieces on top
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes
