- Sugar or Xylitol1 tablespoon
- 1 pinch of salt1 l
- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Oat Flour2 tablespoon
- Rice or Quinoa Flour2 tablespoon
- Sweet people or cornstarch2 tablespoon
- Raisins to taste
- Yeast for cake1 coffee spoon
- Mash the banana well, add the egg and mix well so you don't run the risk of being under-full, add all the ingredients.
- In a skillet or pan greased with coconut oil, line the bottom with sliced bananas and top with the cake batter. Place 2 grids on the stove so that the flame is away from the bottom of the pan.
- On low heat, leave the pan/frying pan for 8 minutes, turn off the heat and wait 4 minutes. After that time, turn the cake over and turn the heat back on, let it bake for another 4 minutes. After that time, unmold the cake on a wire rack and let it cool for a few minutes.
