- Banana1 unit(s)
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- 50% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Whey Scoup1/2 unit(s)
- Sliced Almonds to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- In a bowl, mash the banana and add all the ingredients. Mix well. It will stay in the consciousness of the video!
- Use a non-stick frying pan (I put a cl of olive oil and a mirror with a paper towel to make sure it won't stick).
- Put the amount of pancake size you want. On medium heat. As soon as it forms a cone on the sides, turn it over!
- After turning, reduce the heat to low (otherwise it will burn) leave for a few seconds and remove.
- Makes two pancakes, depending on the size of the banana it can make up to three pancakes!
- If you want to finish with a chestnut or peanut paste on top!
