  • Oat flakes2 tablespoon
  • 50% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Whey Scoup1/2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Almonds to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. In a bowl, mash the banana and add all the ingredients. Mix well. It will stay in the consciousness of the video!
  2. Use a non-stick frying pan (I put a cl of olive oil and a mirror with a paper towel to make sure it won't stick).
  3. Put the amount of pancake size you want. On medium heat. As soon as it forms a cone on the sides, turn it over!
  4. After turning, reduce the heat to low (otherwise it will burn) leave for a few seconds and remove.
  5. Makes two pancakes, depending on the size of the banana it can make up to three pancakes!
  6. If you want to finish with a chestnut or peanut paste on top!
