- Brown sugar or sweetener to taste
- Oats (can be flaked or oat flour)1 cup
- Brazil Nut (I use whole ones)1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 cup
- Flaxseed and sesame to taste
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth (except the yeast, flaxseed and sesame).
- Add the yeast at the end. Put the mixture in large or small greased with butter.
- On top of the dough spread some sesame and linseed.
- Approximate oven time 30 to 40 minutes at 180º. It depends on the shape and the oven. Tip: Those who like it can add raisins to the dough but without hitting the blender.
