- Ripe and mashed bananas1 unit(s)

- Oil90 ml
- Wheat Flour11/2 cup
- Refined Sugar1/3 cup
- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Cake Yeast1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar to taste
- Way of doing Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare 12 muffin tins on the baking sheet or in pie tins.
- Mash the bananas. Beat the eggs with oil in a bowl and set aside.
- In another platter, mix the dry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt, gradually increase the egg mixture to the flour
- (it will be a very doughy dough). Then add the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Place a slice of banana in each unit, Sprinkle brown sugar over the top of the muffins before baking. This makes them crispy on top.
- Distribute in the molds and bake for about 20 minutes until golden, or until sticking a toothpick comes out clean 😃 You can also make it in those forms of bread, it's a cake 🥰
