- Banana1/2 unit(s)
- Honey from the general mastic flower1 tablespoon
- Mash the banana and add the egg, flour and milk, mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a frying pan and gradually add the dough to form several discs.
- With all the disks ready, finish with more banana and honey
