- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
- It can be made with the regular banana, but with it frozen it gets a creamier texture. I used fresh blackberries, but it can be frozen too. As my banana was very ripe and sweet, I didn't need to sweeten it.
