- Warm water480 ml
- Oil120 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Package Dry Organic Yeast2 unit(s)
- Unleavened Wheat Flour1 kg
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Sesame and Oregano to taste
- Mix sugar, oil, warm water and yeast in a bowl until dissolved.
- Add the salt and wheat flour little by little until you get a good dough to start sipping.
- Sip the dough for about 10 mins until it is soft and smooth. Then just let it rest for 30 mins.
- Stuffing you can put whatever you want, it can be cheese and ham, chicken with catupiry, pepperoni is at your discretion.
- After the dough rests, open it, put the stuffing and roll it up, then cut the pieces with a knife and put it in a greased shape.
- Brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with oregano and sesame.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 mins or until golden.
- A delicious and easy snack to make!
