- Feijoada or ready-made beans2 cup
- Raw cassava flour1/2 cup
- Finely Chopped Cabbage to taste
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Bacon and pepperoni chopped very small1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Grind the ready-made feijoada or beans and are well seasoned.
- Put it in a pan over low heat and add the cassava flour until it reaches the point (it comes off the pan). Turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit.
- Fry bacon and pepperoni, cut very small.f
- Make balls stuffing with bacon, pepperoni, green smell and cabbage. Or you can even do without stuffing.
- Coat with egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot oil.
- Or do it in the air fryer for 15 min at 180°C.
