- Vono Bean Broth with Kale1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour11/4 cup
- Cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Bacon30 g
- Milk for breading50 ml
- Bread flour100 g
- In a pan put the water, milk, butter and beef broth and bring to medium heat. Let it boil. As soon as it boils, lower the heat and add the Vono Beans and Cabbage broth. Mix well. Then gradually add the wheat flour and stir well until it comes off the pan. You can turn off the heat and let the dough cool before filling.
- Stuffing: cut the bacon into cubes and cut the cabbage into strips. Over medium heat, place the bacon in a pan to brown, and the crushed garlic as well. Then put the cabbage to sauté. To make the balls, take a piece of the dough and open it in the shape of a disc in your hand and put the stuffing. Close the dough into a ball shape. Dip in milk and then in breadcrumbs. Bake in the air fryer for 25 minutes.
