- Wheat flour3 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Oil60 ml
- Fresh Organic Yeast1 teaspoon
- Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- cream2 tablespoon
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk, and gradually add the rest. Knead the dough well and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape and put the margarine paste with sugar. Then roll up like a roulade and cut into slices of approximately two fingers. Place in a greased roast with oil, it can be very close, no problem. Let rise for another 10 minutes and preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake until golden and cover with syrup. It can be served hot or cold and is delicious with coffee!!
