- French bread4 unit(s)
- Sun meat in sauce for 6 hours, desalted (cut into thin pieces)500 g
- Tomatoes (sliced)4 unit(s)
- Lettuce4 unit(s)
- Sazón® Seasoning Sachet1 unit(s)
- Coalho cheese (sliced)200 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Place the meat, Seasoning Sazón and salt in a large bowl and mix.
- Grill the meat for 6 minutes on a griddle with oil and high temperature (heat first). Turn the meat when it is golden and set aside.
- On the same plate, place the coalho cheese and grill it on both sides and reserve it while it is still hot.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees until crispy.
- Take one of the halves of the bread and place the grilled meat, heated cheese and lettuce. Close with the other half and it's ready to serve.
- You can add sauce of your choice.
