- Cooked chickpeas1 cup
- Boiled Beetroot1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Syrian Pepper to taste
- Chickpea cooking water1/2 cup
- Tahini1 tablespoon
- In a food processor, blend all the ingredients.
- When it forms a paste, it's ready! If it's too thick you can add more water from cooking the chickpeas.
- Serve with vegetables, pita bread or rap
