- Mayonnaise to taste
- Open the flatbread in half, being careful not to tear it. On one side, put the roast beef (if you want, also apply mayonnaise). On the other, cheese. Without closing, take it to the oven in a roast, until the bread gains color and the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a plate: place the bread with the roast beef on the base and, on top of it, the lettuce and tomato. Close the sandwich, placing the other part of the bread, with melted cheese.
- Cut into four pieces and serve hot.
