- Roasted Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil10 ml
- Parsley, chives and basil0 to taste
- Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder0 to taste
- Grated goat cheese20 g
- Roast the head of garlic in aluminum foil with oil and salt, 180° for about 30/40 minutes
- Cut the baguette in half, mix the butter, oil, salt, seasonings, cheese and roasted garlic. Mix everything very well, spread over the baguette and bake the bread for about 8/10 minutes at 180°.
