- Cooked and shredded meat400 g
- Butter100 g
- Wheat flour150 g
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Beef broth700 ml
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Panko flour100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- In a large pan, melt the butter and add the flour until it becomes a thick dough.
- Gradually add the beef broth.
- Add the meat, onion, parsley, and nutmeg.
- Place in a bowl and let cool. Take it to the fridge.
- After well chilled, make balls and coat, passing in the beaten egg and then in the panko flour.
- Fry in very hot oil.
