  • Cooked and shredded meat400 g
  • Butter100 g
  • Wheat flour150 g
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Green smell to taste
  • Beef broth700 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Panko flour100 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. In a large pan, melt the butter and add the flour until it becomes a thick dough.
  2. Gradually add the beef broth.
  3. Add the meat, onion, parsley, and nutmeg.
  4. Place in a bowl and let cool. Take it to the fridge.
  5. After well chilled, make balls and coat, passing in the beaten egg and then in the panko flour.
  6. Fry in very hot oil.
