- Black rice flour2 cup
- Chestnut milk1 cup
- Free-range egg3 unit(s)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Pepper and other spices to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sift the flour and mix with milk (room temperature); You can use regular milk and even water. Mix the oil and salt and the other seasonings (I put oregano and black pepper)
- Mix the ingredients well. It can be done by hand in a bowl. Or if you prefer in the mixer or blender.
- Finally add the yeast and mix well.
- In a greased shape with rice flour and butter, pour the dough (no need to let it rest) and bake for 45 minutes on low heat at 180 degrees preheated.
- Check the bread occasionally to see if the top is crispy. Temperatures and ovens may vary the baking time.
