- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut2 tablespoon
- Coconut Sugar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Blackberries to taste
- In a bowl, beat the egg and add the chestnut flour, the grated coconut, a pinch of salt and the coconut sugar, mix well and finally add the chemical yeast.
- Place the dough in a greased form and add the blackberries on top.
- Baked in the airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
