- In a pan put 3 tablespoons of oil, the garlic and the onion sauté until it starts to get slightly golden, add the pepperoni, tomato, pepper, coriander and the other dry seasoning. Leave for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside in an airy environment to cool quickly. Beat the milk, sugar, salt, 3 tablespoons of oil, egg and yeast in a blender for 5 minutes. In a bowl, place the liquefied mixture, gradually adding the wheat flour. Now add the reserved stir-fry. Place in a greased and floured shape, this mixture letting it rest for 30 minutes. Bake in a medium oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
