@gramattjie- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Milk/natural yogurt2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Corn starch1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil / tomato / rosemary or oregano to taste
- Stuffing (shredded chicken or ground beef or cheese and ham or vegetables) to taste
- Turn on the oven at 180°.
- Place eggs, milk/natural yogurt and oil in a blender. Hit it well. I used a fresh cream that had passed its expiration date and was a little sour and the rest of milk to give the exact amount. You can make it with sour milk too, adding 4 tablespoons of white vinegar to the milk and letting it curdle. The idea of sour milk, yogurt or sour cream is to lighten the dough. It's worth testing. But if you don't want to work, do it with regular milk.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch, cheese, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the blender mixture into the bowl and mix everything together. Hit the salt.
- In a baking dish greased with olive oil or oil. Put some of the dough to cover the bottom. Add the stuffing. Here I used shredded chicken and sautéed with onion, garlic, salt, turmeric and paprika. Corn and chopped tomato. Cover with remaining dough. Topped with more olive oil, cherry tomatoes and rosemary. Here, rosemary goes great with chicken, but I usually use oregano. Olive oil is optional for those who like it. Can for butter. Or not cover with anything. Just leave it in the dough.
- Bake until golden
