- Grated Coconut3/4 cup
- Coconut Flour1/3 cup
- Pitted Jumbo Dates, soaked for 1 hour4 unit(s)
- Coconut Butter3 tablespoon
- Blue Spirulina2 teaspoon
- Coconut Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse until a homogeneous mass is formed. If necessary, add more coconut oil. Shape the dough into balls (the size of a sweetie). Is ready.
- If you feel the need, you can sweeten it with honey. For my taste, just the sweetness of the dates is enough.
