Milk3/4 cup
White Vinegar1 tablespoon
Wheat flour1 cup
Sugar2 tablespoon
Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Melted butter2 tablespoon
Blueberries1 cup

Mix the milk with the vinegar and leave it undisturbed for 1-2 minutes.
Combine all dry ingredients
Then add the egg, milk and butter and mix
Place a ladle of the dough (from a pancake) in a non-stick frying pan.
Add blueberries on top and cook until the dough is set, takes 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side too.
Repeat the process with the rest of the dough. At the end you can put honey on top which is delicious
