- Chopped sausage1/4 cup
- Black beans cooked and seasoned with broth1 cup
- Roasted Cassava Flour4 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- In a non-stick frying pan, fry the sausage until it releases fat. Discard half of the fat.
- Add the beans and mix until it starts to boil. Add the flour and slowly stir over low heat until it starts to brown, about 2 minutes. Adjust the salt.
- Serve with a fried egg.
