  • Chopped sausage1/4 cup
  • Black beans cooked and seasoned with broth1 cup
  • Roasted Cassava Flour4 tablespoon
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. In a non-stick frying pan, fry the sausage until it releases fat. Discard half of the fat.
  2. Add the beans and mix until it starts to boil. Add the flour and slowly stir over low heat until it starts to brown, about 2 minutes. Adjust the salt.
  3. Serve with a fried egg.
