- water or warm milk1 cup
- wheat flour500 g
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Then take it to a bench and rise for about 10 to 15 minutes, let the dough rise until it doubles in volume.
- Model to your liking and put to grow again in a greased shape with oil.
- Oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
