- Wheat flour1 kg
- Beat the egg well with the sugar and salt.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients except the wheat and mix well.
- Then just add the wheat flour little by little until you get the point of ungluing from your hands and Knead for approximately 10 minutes.
- Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- After doubling in volume, model the breads in the shape you prefer and take it to rest again in the shape you are going to bake, until it doubles in volume again.
- Finally, bake over medium heat until golden and ready.
