- Whole Milk1 cup
- Soybean Oil (olive oil)2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Chemical Yeast (Royal)1 teaspoon
- Margarine (to grease the mold) to taste
- In a glass bowl, beat two eggs with a fork (well beaten).
- I added the flour, cornstarch, salt, grated cheese, olive oil and gradually added the milk, stirring with a fork.
- I added a little oregano and mixed.
- I added the Royal and stirred well with the fork. I mixed well.
- Grease a round mold with margarine and distribute the bread dough.
- I baked it in my Britânia oven for 30 minutes on the lowest setting. After I put it on the Golden function for 10 minutes.
- This Bolo Bread is salty and is very fluffy and yellowish. Warm and with butter and a little coffee 😋
