- spoon (coffee) of bicarbonate of soda1/2 coffee spoon
- Whisk the egg whites together with the bicarbonate of soda until stiff peaks form. Remove the skin from the yolks and mix them in a bowl with the cottage cheese until it becomes a smooth cream. Add the yolk mixture to the whites, mixing gently with a spoon or spatula. Grease a non-stick pan with olive oil or other oil and place the dough in the form of discs. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden at 170°C. When ready, remove from the form with the help of a spatula. @Roger27
