- Wheat flour 2 and1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- warm milk1 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast (10g sachet)1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, except wheat flour and salt. Be careful with the temperature of the milk, it can't be too hot or too cold.
- Pour all the beaten content in the blender into a bowl and mix the flour and salt gradually until smooth.
- Grease a loaf pan (traditional size) with flour and place the dough. Reserve in a small place for 30 min (it can be inside the microwave or oven, turned off, just to rest and grow).
- Bake in a low oven (180• ) for 30 min or until golden, it can vary according to each oven.
