- French bread (stale) to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Cut the bread into slices
- brush with oil
- Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add pieces of cheese, and sprinkle with oregano and rosemary.
- Return to the oven. The point is the cheese melts & the bread turns golden brown.
