- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Cut the French bread in half and set aside
- In a non-stick frying pan, put a drizzle of oil and leave it on low heat.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well with a fork, season with salt.
- Place the eggs in the skillet and stir as it cooks.
- Leave the scrambled eggs, that is, in small pieces and Season with oregano
- Remove the eggs from the skillet and place the halved bread in the skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Flip the bread and let the crust brown.
