- Ham sausage1 kg

- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Take the sausages out of the casing, grind all the sausages well, without the casing
- In the pan, put 2 tablespoons of margarine, and add the crushed sausages.
- Let it cook well, when the water dries up add the onion, garlic and tomato
- Seasoned with oregano, black pepper, chimichurri
- Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, sauté well and set aside.
- Cut the breads in half, distribute in a greased shape, and spread a little of the tomato paste on all of them.
- Stuff with the sausage, distribute the mozzarella on top sprinkle oregano on top
- Place in the oven to brown.
