- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Biological Yeast Powder10 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Warm Milk360 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Sesame to taste
- In a blender put the warm milk, the biological yeast and beat once and that's it. Let it rest for a minute. Now lay the eggs, margarine, sugar and salt. Beat everything again for 1 minute.
- Gradually add the wheat flour to the blender beating. And beat for 5 minutes. Put the mixture from the blender into a greased bread pan, you cannot put it up to the mouth of the pan, put it in the middle.
- Lastly, add the sesame seeds on top of the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes or until bread is golden. Waiting to cool down to unmold.
