- Ground chicken500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Onion cream1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Panco flour or breadcrumbs for breading2 cup
- Milk or 2 (beaten) eggs for breading to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Take the ground chicken breast, place it in a bowl and add the seasonings, the egg, the onion cream and a little Panco flour or breadcrumbs just to make the alloy.
- Done that, make balls of the dough with your hands and book.
- Separate the beaten eggs or milk into a bowl.
- In another bowl, place the Panco flour or breadcrumbs.
- Dip the balls in the egg and then in the flour.
- Heat the oil and fry.
- Serve with sauce of your choice.
