- Salt to taste
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Wheat or breadcrumbs300 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Peel the eggplants and cut them horizontally (lengthwise)
- Soak in water and salt for about 10 minutes.
- Dry them and, pass the egg mixture with a little milk
- Roll in breadcrumbs or wheat-fry them in very hot oil. But be careful not to burn.
