- Milk1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Salt, Chimichurri and oregano to taste
- First cut the onion into rings and then soak it in a bowl with water and a drizzle of oil for 40 minutes.
- In a bowl mix the egg and milk and season with salt and other seasonings. In the second bowl put the wheat flour and also season.
- Dip the rings in the beaten egg and then in the slice. Then pass again in beaten egg and flour. Do this for all the rings. Fry in hot oil. You can't put too much in the pan, it has to be done little by little. After letting the oil drain, you can serve it with sauce or just the portion.
