- Ground beef500 g
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt/ to taste
- Chopped green parsley/ to taste
- Sliced mozzarella cheese (1 and 1/2)1 cup
- For the stuffing, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the onion and meat until golden. Add the tomato, salt, green smell and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off, mix with the mozzarella and book.
- Steam the potatoes until they are soft. Squeeze the potatoes still hot into a bowl, add the butter, the egg yolks, the cornstarch, salt and mix.
- Let it cool, open portions of the dough in your hand, divide the stuffing between them and close, modeling flat acorns.
- Dip in beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and fry, little by little, in not-too-hot oil, until golden brown.
- Drain on a paper towel and serve immediately.
