- Broccoli, finely chopped1/2 cup
- Finely chopped onion3 tablespoon
- Oil or olive oil4 tablespoon
- Gluten-free flour (1 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup potato starch and 1/2 cup sweet flour)1 cup
- Water (to the point) to taste
- White sesame1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- In a pan put 1 tsp of olive oil and sauté the onion and broccoli.
- Transfer the sautéed to a container and mix with the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the flour, the water, the sesame, the salt and finally the yeast.
- Shape the cookies and place in a greased shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
