- Wheat flour300 g
- Whole milk120 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- unsalted butter15 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped Broccoli1/2 unit(s)
- Cream cheese1 to taste
- Egg Yolk to taste
- Preparation mode Place the yeast in a bowl and press it with the spoon until it becomes liquid, add the sugar, the milk and 30g of flour, let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes at most, until foamy.
- Add an egg, 15g of butter and another 270g of flour. Form a dough and knead for approximately 15 minutes on the bench, or in a planetary mixer with the hook for approximately 7 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle flour on the countertop and open the dough with the rolling pin, fill with the cream cheese and broccoli. Roll the dough and cut into small loaves of 3 cm wide, let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Distribute in a form lined with aluminum and brush egg yolk on top and bake in medium oven until golden (around 20 minutes).
