- Cherry tomato1 kg
- Garlic1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste

- Salt1 g
- Cut the bread into diagonal slices, season with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Season the tomatoes with olive oil, salt and garlic.
- Place the tomatoes in the oven until golden. Take advantage of the oven and place the cut breads, remove them before the tomatoes.
- Now remove the tomatoes from the oven. Arrange the buns on the baking sheet. Put the tomatoes on the toast with the spoon.
- Place the cheese on the bruchetta and bake until browned.
