Stale Italian or French bread2 unit(s)
Cherry tomato1 kg
Garlic1 to taste
Olive oil1 to taste
mozzarella200 g
Salt1 g

Cut the bread into diagonal slices, season with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
Season the tomatoes with olive oil, salt and garlic.
Place the tomatoes in the oven until golden. Take advantage of the oven and place the cut breads, remove them before the tomatoes.
Now remove the tomatoes from the oven. Arrange the buns on the baking sheet. Put the tomatoes on the toast with the spoon.
Place the cheese on the bruchetta and bake until browned.
