- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Sliced onion1/2 unit(s)
- Gruyère cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Heat the oven to 200C°
- Cut the bread into slices the thickness of ONE FINGER
- Put a drizzle of olive oil on top of the buns.
- Cut the onion into very thin slices and distribute over the breads.
- Cut the tomato into cubes and distribute half over the breads.
- Add a pinch of salt
- Put a slice of cheese
- One more pinch of salt
- Add a pinch of oregano
- One more drizzle of oil
- And bake in the oven until the cheese is golden.
