- Chopped medium tomatoes3 unit(s)

- Sliced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)

- Baguette bread or bread of your choice1 unit(s)
- Butter to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish. to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste (optional). to taste
- Salt to taste. to taste
- Black pepper to taste. to taste
- In a hot skillet, add a tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Add the chopped onion until translucent, add the garlic and let it lightly sauté. Then add the tomatoes, black pepper and salt. Saute for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
- On a baking sheet, place slices of bread cut to a thickness of about 2 fingers. Butter the slices and place a slice of mozzarella on top. Then put it in the oven at 210°c and leave the slices of bread until the cheese melts.
- To assemble, take a slice of bread with cheese and put a good portion of the sautéed tomato. Add a drizzle of olive oil (optional) and Parmesan cheese on top to decorate.
