- In a bowl put 100 grs. of wheat flour and a little water to make a sponge. Let it rest until it doubles in size. Then add the other ingredients and make a very soft dough. Cover the dough and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- For the filling, fry the burger and use the small round cookie cutter to cut the mini burgers. Cut the tomato into small cubes and the mozzarella cut the slice in half.
- Take some of the dough and open a disk and put the mozzarella, tomato, catupiry and the mini hamburger. Close the dough and leave it as a flattened ball. Spread the beaten yolk on the hamburguinhos and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
